This video is not canon to the Kail storyline because it presents some pure inconsistencies and leaves some plotholes. Obviously Kail got his hat stolen during the Humor Songs Saga and it wasn't until The Collective We Saga that he got his haircut and shaved his beard so why would he have his hat now in the Live Free or Die Tryin' Saga?
