Another fun Arduino project: Controlling a Unipolar Stepper motor with an Arduino Micro-controller, U2004 Darlington Array IC and a 4K Potentiometer. Code and hookup can be found at http://arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/MotorKnob

  • check your supply voltage and current. Maybe one of the bridges are bad, try changing out the U2004. Are you sure its a Unipolar or is it a Bipolar?

  • Thanks for the vid. I have set mine up but my stepper motor turns soooooo slowly. I've changed the steps and rpm values but it barely makes a difference. I can only guess that it's a busted stepper motor but I bought it brand new. :/
