look into replacing the factory manifolds with shorty headers offered for 05-10 mustangs, or even the mid length headers since you'll be ditching the factory y-pipe for the true dual setup you mentioned in the video. Good Luck with your build.

Our '10 mustang gt has the last 4.6 3v we are running without mufflers for now and soon we will have the loudmouth axle back with tips and no mufflers it sounds wonderful not too loud no backfires I would reccomend no mufflers it will save you money as well flowmaster sets are $500...or more. the sound is intoxicating not shitty at all...
