And lets not start with old times. Cause some years earlier Usher was the King of RnB when Chris just learned how to sing. They both became bad, but for me Usher is still the best :)

@Jawez2045 As you know chris brown was pissed off on GMA, and emotions do mess with your singing.I'd say overall they're level. Usher is releasing all this mainstream crap where chris is doing the same but with songs that relate to his old style like should've kissed you.

Well this performance of Chris is 2 years old and there he was better. And Usher was better too.. sh*t happens. They get older :)
