And my hat goes off to you for your hard work, but I'm not saying you can't reward yourself. I'm simply saying that some people go back to their old unhealthy diets & wonder why they grain it all back, & thats because most junk food contains MSG. At least if there is one major chemical that you should lay off of, other than refined white suger/flour, obviously, then go with MSG. MSG will screw your hypothalamus gland, which is why we did the protocol in the first place. Cheers.

Great to see that you're not gaining, but REMEMBER: you gained weight in the first place because you ate unhealthy foods full of MSG, etc. At least try to eat more fresh, whole foods that don't contain too much MSG. MSG is a drug that food companies/corporations use to increase food profits. MSG increases your appetite. MSG also screws up your hypothalamus gland in the process. Please try eating healthier foods and try looking into organic and stay away from the chemicals.

Don't want to give the wrong impression....I tried some foods that I missed eating, but have mostly stayed with fresh vegi's, fruits and good proteins. But, I am also realistic about my life and that's what I love about this.....Once I have followed the protocol and lost the weight, if I exercise portion control, eat more healthy fresh foods, then I don't stress over the occasion unhealthy stuff. I have noticed that I'm much more aware of "high fructose corn syrup"..yuck! Avoid it at all cost
