As purim approaches, bakeries across Israel are working overtime to fill the demand for hamentashen, a traditional staple food of the holiday. Also known in Hebrew as "Oznei Haman" (Haman's Ears) the pastries come in many different flavours. We once again join our friends at the Yesh bakery in Modi'in Illit to see how they are made.
