ha-a! i just played this and another video with the song at the same time and it had the same effect as watching the normal way
i like how you used the stills to lead into the scenes at certain parts of the video. may i suggest, though, it would accentuate the effect if you did them in black and white and the color clips would provide a slight contrast, just enough to play each other up.
