http://www.thebestexercises.com - This exercise directly targets the long head of the triceps. Just grip the cables with opposing hands than cross them in front of you. Extend out and back, making sure to try and force your arms behind you as you extend, to hit the triceps as hard as possible.

  • 1st off loose the bandana nick it makes you look like a queer biker if you already arent one already. 2nd of all after the 3rd rep on the crossover you were really struggling quite a bit. i suggest lowering the weight amount and incresing your reps.nick dont be afraid to start lifting a smaller amount of weight to start off.

  • @scotty073 I have to say, I really don't give a crap what I look like...I wear it to keep the sweat out of my eyes when training!
