Our parody of the classic "Frost Report" sketch

CEO: I look to her, to keep control of our budgets, because I'm the CEO
CFO: I look to him because he is the CEO, but I look to him (CIO) to keep in budget
because he is the CIO. I am the CFO.
CIO: I know my place.
CIO: I look to them both. But I don't look up to her as much as I look up to him,
because he signs off the IT budget.
CEO: I sign off the IT budget, but I'm not sure where it all goes, so sometimes I look
to her.
CFO: I still look to him (CEO), because he wants to know where the IT budget goes.
But I don't know where it all goes, so I still look to him (CIO)
CIO: I know my place. I look to them both. But while we're running to stand still and
spending our IT budget just to keep operations running, I can't do much to help us
achieve our objectives. Had I the inclination I could lead the strategy. But I don't.
CFO: We all know our place but how does our business grow without growing our
IT budget?
CEO: I get frustrated that we're not growing the business
CFO: I get frustrated that we're not growing the business
CIO: I get a pain in the back of my neck
