Who said the RCMP helps when you need it. Do you know how many 911 calls are completely missed because some member is getting his member sucked or goofing off having coffee? You don't know. I have had dealings with the RCMP in Fort McMurray and they have always been fair. Tough but fair. You have to be tough to work policing in this town.
