i thought you did great but you could work on putting more power and intensity into your kata and you should range in speeds throughout your kata

your a black belt you should be super low through out the whole thing not just parts

I would say if you worked a bit more on power & explosive power (snapping your hips) you would have this down beautifully, very nicely done.

I love Seisan! My only comment; is you need more power on the kei-yai moves, thats where I need work too, so my sensei says! Great job, never stop training!
