Sonic and Tails - My Immortal (based on The Dark Side of the Moon)

NOTE: The ideas in this video are original. Please do not make rehashed versions of other peoples' videos without giving credit. It really angers and hurts people when something they worked hard on is just tossed around like that. ;)

ANOTHER NOTE: For some reason, this description was missing a LOT of punctuation until I edited it. I am not sure why, because I never type like that, especially when I am trying to advertise written work. If I'm missing commas or apostrophes, please assume it is something to do with Youtube, not me.

First off, before anybody gets the wrong idea, this video is about Sonic reflecting on all the experiences he and Tails had together, and missing those times (because his little buddy is gone now).

Also, it is based on Chapter 1 of The Dark Side of the Moon, a Sonic fiction story I am currently typing on fanfiction.net. If you wish, go read it. I promise the characters are in character. The song is My Immortal, and it belongs to Evanescence. Sonic and Tails belong to SEGA. No copyright infringement is intended.

As far as the video itself, the scenes in color are current-time, the sepia or black-and-white scenes are memories. Until the loud part near the end, that is... then they're ALL in color just for dramatic effect, but they're still memories.

Since the vid and the fiction are based on each other, you'll notice that this and Chapter 1 of Dark Side of the Moon are very similar - from Sonic sitting on the streetlight to him flashing back and thinking he saw Tails. Hope you enjoy!

@RedFireGreenThunder1 And y' know, something else about this video is that at 3:23 when it turns back to color, it represents the part of the story where Sonic is able to make things right and he and Tails are okay again. ^^ The change from sepia/black&white back to color implies that Tails is no longer a wishful memory, but alive and real again.
