  • i was praciticing that and somehow my head on the ground hurts and my feet/legs are like just flying everywhere

  • Both God and the Devil are in the details. I cannot diagnose any problem in your technique over the internet, but I suggest you go over the details in the blog post article again, watch the video again, try to figure out the problem. If all else fails, film yourself and post it on my forum and I will give you my opinion. Good luck!

  • two of my favorite training vloggers , yourself and Dean

    that very cool!!!

i hope to someday get these old joints of mine fluid enough to do some floreio workouts.

keep up the wonderful inspired work !!!

    thanks

  • Sorry for my ignorance but who is Dean? How are we connected?

  • Dean is, I believe dmc7707.

my bad, I should have used his screen name, my apologies to you both.

the only connection is that i enjoy watching both of your workouts.

  • Let me know how it works out, you seem like a hard worker from your videos. Keep training in this creative and non tradional way, thats the way to go!

  • I plan on doing that soon.

  • Try out some Floreio workouts from my blog, I think you will like it as an addition to your current training.

  • Awesome Flow!
