i bought this last week and received today but dont know how much water to add and how many scopps please help
-
@tthagan no, I didnt. I think you have to buy them seperatly for 30p or something. I might be wrong, but when i bought mine about 5 months ago, it had no scoop. :)

Also, you can get 5% off your overall price for your first purchase using MP558734. Just use it during the check out. Choc smooth tastes lush btw!

@thechris888 water is personal preferance, i normally put in around 400ml, and i use 1-2 scoops depending on how much protein i want

Good review. MPs products are really good, been using them for 2 years and the impact whey concentrate is an excellent choice for your standard every day protein, high protein percentage & comes in loads of flavours. The isolate would be a better choice immediately post workout tho. What other supps do you include in your diet? Give Ironscience a try too, cheaper than MP.

@TommyMutu83 I have been using the isolate version now for about 2 months, its a lot better than the concentrate IMO, as for other supps its just the bog standard creatine now and the isolate, MP are by far the best in the UK tbh

The optimum nutrition is better, would you agree? If you have 2-3 shakes a day its a saving of approx £200 going to myprotein. Think I might switch, dunno. What ya think?

@cockywatchman1976 have never tried ON, so no comment there, but you are definitely saving a heck of a lot by using myprotein, I wouldnt think twice.
