@nimrask1 9 times out of 10 your host will be your domain name. If that doesn't work, you may need to contacting your hosting company and ask them for that information. Typically they provide it in the welcome email they send out.
You probably forgot to unzip your file, you have to unzip it and then you get another file wisch you should be able to open.

I have watched 6 videos and none of them tell me where to get my host info.
When I go to my wordpress websettings it tells me FTP username and password but says nothing about the host??????

u can get ur host, username, and password from controlpanel --- mysol database management. their on the left side u will find
