@eighteenspikes I haven't played it since I made this video LOL...This was actually my 2nd time getting all Platinums; the first was 8 years ago or something. Every once in a while, I'd play from the beginning up until the Platinum run, and see how many I'd have. The thought of doing all Platinums again was too daunting hehe. Maybe I'll go back and try to improve my current times one of these days. :-P

why does it say you have 57 platinum and 21 gold?

There are 20 carrier levels, plus the Shuttle Clear level in which you get 2 medals for in the first part of the game (before the Carrier Time Attack and Platinum challenges). One gold medal for clearing the path, and another for completing the level ( all RDUs collected, all buildings destroyed, and all survivors rescued).
The 21 remaining Golds are the "completed level" ones. The medals for clearing the paths are ultimately changed to Platinums.
