After Headbanging to Sebastian's New (unreleased) album in his car- release date September of this year- we headed out onto the trails from the Observatory in Griffith Park to the Hollywood Sign. Sebastian was jamming to his new tunes while we ran the paved roads, dirt fire trails and single track terrain.... Rocking Out to some Heavy Metal music. Running Rocks my Friends and so does Sebastian!!!

I have loved Sebastian Bach since I was 12 and use to rush out and grab the new Metal Edge the day it came out just for new pics of him. That was 23 years ago, and he is still smoking hot, but that man Tweets like nothing I have ever seen before. If you love Baz and don't have a Twitter account, get one just to follow him. You pretty much get to read what he's doing every second of every day.
