You'll find that every aircraft does that in FSX. It's not the aircraft, its the way FSX operates

This aircraft doesn't seem to like me, it does a lot of funky things, especially on the runway. It often veers to the right.

Cessna and Being aircraft are a bit more realistic than other default aircraft because FSX is partners with Boeing and Cessna.

You will have to be really gentle with the stick. Even if you are above stall-speed, you will easily put a WWII plane into a stall by heavy sudden maneuvers. (I've heard pilots describe it as "Treating the plane as an old lady")
A sure-fire way of putting the plane into a spin is rapidly going from negative G into positivie Gs. (This forces an angle of attack which is too much for the plane to handle and you will easily even go into a flat-spin, which is a B* to get out of)
