@Dataghost180 he was using it for education, it's just that the DET has made learning hard for some, no wait, ALL students by not providing specific software on the laptops

@xXxNo1ReaperxXx that's the thing you see, we can't install Linux on the DET laptops because it'd be violating the laptop user charter

@AussieRaver1996 Changing the system registries (at least the ones that are linked to user profiles) could grant you administrator privileges, thus lifting all of the restrictions. If the DET were smart they would not allow anyone to make changes to them, although I have not tried.

Yes, they also blocked the Windows Update feature that lets us print like that. What good is a laptop when you can't print?
