Gerald Marzorati and Mark Danner: The Fate of Long-Form Journalism in the New Media Age
Gerald Marzorati in lunch-time conversation with professor Mark Danner about the fate of long-form journalism in the new media age.
Before he became the Times Assistant Managing Editor for New Products and Strategies, Marzorati was the long-time Editor of the New York Times Magazine. The Times is now read on a variety of electronic platforms and devices and the two will discuss ways in which long-form journalism can ultimately thrive in this increasingly dominant medium. This Q+A is an excellent opportunity to learn about plans for the future of the Times from those on the inside.
