Little something I cooked up while experimenting with more mixing and mastering. This one sound waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more professional than anything I've done before and I'm quite pleased with that.

Once again, everything was played by me.

Mixed & Mastered in Reaper and recorded through a Line6 Studio UX2 using POD Farm

Original song by Slipknot and no copyright infringement intended.

  • Hey dude, you did a great job that's really cool !

May I ask you what stuff you use to record your guitar ? I mean like if you use a mic or you just put the amp directly to your audio interface or something... It would be nice !

  • @Ryxify I didn't use a real amp at all. I used a program called POD Farm for my tone.

I plugged my guitar straight to my interface and connected that to my computer via USB. More info is in video description. :)

  • @Rofflens Is that program free ?

  • @Ryxify Basically, yeah, but it doesn't work without a Line6 Studio interface.

If you buy a Studio UX1, UX2, TonePort or any other Line6 interface you get the program with the interface. You can check more info from line6.com.

  • Nice sound...I' using reaper and just can't seem to get the sound I want from it... when I RENDER things to WAV etc it just sounds all mixed up and compressed and somehow not clear...

  • Push the Drums volume up for me! Can you please? just a little :) would be great!! Good Job Men!!

  • hyvä Rofflens Slipknot on mun lempibändejä

  • Kickass! As always.

  • @Rofflens Hum yeah ok but the fact is that I already have an audio interface so ... I guess my Tascam US-1800 can be used in other programs :)

But thanks a lot, because it's like 3 or 4 months I try to record my guitar correctly but now I know that tone programs exist I'll look for one ! Thank you.
