I think the problems are obvious. What is not readily seen are the solutions. I called a community outreach person and he acted stunned that he actually got a call. I like to stay solution-oriented and the solutions are here, albeit financing for solutions does not appear to be here. I have found it impossible to have an intelligent conversation, or any conversation, with workers at any level. Can someone please direct me to the thinkers?
