This movie is a remake of the classic horror movie "The Thing from Another World", filmed by legendary director John Carpenter and adapted by the novel "Ho Goes There". It became a classic by it's own and is even today the best remake ever made. It's the story about a research team in the Arctic which is confronted with a shape shifting alien. One of the scariest and most haunting movies ever made. The msic was composed by the genius Ennio Morricone and is a scary masterpiece by itself.

Makes me think of spiders, crawling and skittering all over you. There legs and webs passing over you. Crawling into your ears while you sleep....

where can i find the soundtrack of the main menue on the dvd, its like a bass guitar going da da da da da , da da, da da da but really creepy =/

when this plays on the DVD main menu right after the movie ends... and it just gets louder and louder... my friends were all screaming to turn it off lol
