So I saw your tweet about them, and I had to try them. So I was making dinner that night, and I had planned on making just random other dish, and I decided to make Mac-N-Cheese Pancakes because I found a recipe on the NYT. I couldn't convince my mom to let me make them though because she is weird or what ever, but I plan to make them soon. Everyone is saying how amazing they are.

They were ridiculous, but what was really terrible about the whole ordeal is that we got so full that there was one leftover pancake that we didn't even eat!
