Him was quite possibly the only cartoon villain that genuinely managed to frighten me as a child. He can never do anything simple like build a giant laser, or rob a bank, oh no, he has to do some of the most mind-warping shit the writers could possibly think of. Like turn children's chalk drawings into flesh-eating monsters, or make stuffed animals try to strangle you to death, or create an entire alternate reality where everyone you love wants to kill you! All with that high-pitched voice... :P
