@lgadwords Actually, that crepe weights close to 1 Lb! You can't eat that in 15 seconds.

I have a professional crepe maker too. i totally skip the Nutella chocolate thing. it dominates the taste as all you taste is the nutella. I use Strawberries, bananas, chantilli, strawberry syrup (replaces nutella) and Cointreau. On top, I use maple Syrup (very thin stream) . Critiques tasted my crepe and told me that all ingredients taste harmonious, not a single thing taking over the taste.
