Its funny how you forgot to include that most important reason in your first comment. All you were doing was slamming him for using tracers in a bolt-action rifle. Not many things lamer than an internet bigot.

fucking amazing bullets I wish I had the opportunity to buy them here in my country, but they are not for sale in the gun shops.

Some tracer rounds contain phosphorous or magnesium in the back of the bullet itself, that catch fire from the gunpowder as you fire the weapon. Other more modern tracer rounds have a layer of chemicals on their tips, which lights up due to the friction of the air. Neat stuff :)
