Yes, i believe it is. I recognize it from other photos/videos on the net about hokama.
Never trained there myself, though the blackbelts of Tendokai Stockholm (the ckub in which I train) was there summer 06.
I trained With Hokama Sensei autumn 05, an astonishing experience to say the least.
And yes, the kata is very interesting. Speed and precision, kenshikai Goju ryu in a nutshell :-)

If I'm not mistaken, that is the karate dojo/museum in Nishihara, Okinawa. I believe its run by Hokama Sensei.
Oh, yeah...the nunchaku kata was....interesting.
