  • When I do this, the image saved appears drastically darker than the frame does in the actual video, every time, no matter the source. This makes using this method impossible as there is a dramatic change in the image when the still image transitions to the video.... I have no idea why this is happening....

  • @SvenBoogie Have you altered your video (ie, making it lighter)? My initial guess is that it saves images based on the raw video and not the altered. Please let us know. Thanks!

  • It should be able to, yes. I can't say with 100% certainty (but I CAN say with about 95% certainty) because I always work at 30 fps because it translates much better to a "film look" for my own projects.

  • Just to mention, you need to set the preview window to Best / Full, otherwise the still won't match the video in quality / size.

  • It looks okay in the preview window, but when you 'render as' it's fucked.
