I don't want to have to listen to someone who is slouching an has elbows on the(even if they aren't eating) and telling to not slouch. Like nobody wants to listen to health tips from a fat person.

I was taught manners at a very young age. Napkin on your lap, "please", "thank you", and "excuse me", and I'm very grateful for it.
Personally, I think little kids have malleable minds, and you can teach them anything. So teaching them manners isnt so much about avoiding "slouching", as it is about teaching a child discipline. That lasts a lifetime.
Napkin on your lap, sit up straight, chew with your mouth closed. If you can do that, you can have dessert!

This is crazy. Little kids already have very little control over their lives so parents have to let some things slide otherwise they will be dealing with ltd of tantrums. Has this woman not heard of 'picking your battles'? So what if little kids slouch at the table?

your elbows are on the table and you are also slouching....you're not eating obviously, but still...you are talking about manners...
