LONDON 2038 : Gaining Experience / Leveling Up

From the book of london 2038 page 26 :

As you explore the once proud city of london and battle against the minions of darkness , you will gain valuable experience for your efforts. As you reach certain predetermined milestones , your character "levels up". this progress towards reaching the next level is tracked at the bottom of the screen in the experience bar . When the bar fills up completely , you gain a level.

NOTE : "When you level up,your character's health and power are completely rejuvenated and POINTS are gained to towards both character statistics and skills".

NOTE: Each statistic and skill point assigned is permanent, so choose wisely !
