@1958boomergirl No, it's actually because it really isn't painless and it actually takes a lot longer to administer because the rate of delivery is so slow. almost every dentist has heard of this, but they are NOT cheap and in most individuals opinions provide no benefit to the patient as far as limiting pain. If it truly was painless, cheap, and better it would replace standard syringes, but as you noted very few dentist have bought into this.

I just had a thought. This is supposed to be very affordable, right? And it's been around for over ten years, right? If so, then why do so relatively few dentists have anything like this? Is it really because so few even know about this? I want to think that this is the only reason. I don't want to think beyond that.
