that is not bumps dear. It is death wobble or at least the beginning signs of it. it looks like you have a steering stabilizer that is fixing the problem as you drive. likely what is causing that is crappy control arm bushings for sloppy fitment.

try a steerong stabilizer if you do not have one that should solve all of your bumpsteer
