Aerial Refueling - Arma2

This is a new script I'm working on for generic aerial refueling of any aircraft in Arma2 using a C130.

@supermonkeywtf09 Someone might be able to supply me with a fuel hose for the C-130. There's a KC-767 that was made for the JSDF Mod. I'm making a script for that aircraft too.

@jonnyfilmboy uhm chek one of the ACE2 packs there is a kc130 in there with fuel lines...

@supermonkeywtf09 I ended up changing the altitude of the tanker to 200 meters from 100 to give more room. But it helps to have the ocean in sight so as to judge your approach and have a point of reference.
