Because if you look on the corner, there is a wheelcher ramp and he did not want to block that, so nevermind TestMiNumbNuts below because he is an idiot.

cause the car was stopped on a decline facing a through street... usually we would just pull in front of the car creating a barrier in case the car should start to roll it doesnt roll into traffic but seeing as how there wasnt enough room to park in front of the car w/o the nose sticking out in traffic they had to park sideways on the curb
