This wasn't horribly done, in fact, not bad at all. For those who don't understand the "yelling" there are two reasons. One, being external, is that your muscles contract when exhaling. Two, being internal or spiritual, is to show a release of energy. I've done this stuff before, without practicing or knowing how to do it, it fucking hurts.

@DJwarproductions1 It helps you to hit harder. As to why this is, I've heard many explanations but all I know is it does help. Like Hissatsu, I was taught to yell/exhale quickly when striking and blocking.
