With Ben showing little affection and Jenny bunking off school, Bill's fed up. Visiting Jenny's school, she knocks a biker off his motorbike opening Rona's car door. Jenny later brings home an unsuitable boyfriend called "Spin", and thus an unimpressed Bill shouts at her daughter, before having a heart-to-heart with her. Ben meanwhile stops off at a pub on his way home from work, and after setting off to meet him, Bill meets the mysterious biker once more; he offers her a lift home.

  • Belinda Lang is my mum's fashion icon.. :P Today I got her hair curlers to get the "bob" effect :)

  • this is probably THE definitive family sitcom of the 90s and arguably of all British sitcoms. n ther family sitcom in britian can match it. the best besides this i've ever seen is Outnumbered and thats mainly bcos of the unique way they deliver thier jokes. its good and i like it bbut this is better. needless to say despite not lasting as long it is SOOOOOOOO much better than My Family

  • @TheBlackStar999 Hell yeah, I still still think she is hot now. I'm 24 now. lmao. I was 12 when this show ended in 1999. So, I had to of been like 4 when it came out. So, 20 years liking her. Lmao. She is a babe!!!

  • O my god its just like the dutch version :D hahahaha great :D

  • Did anyone else have a crush on Belinda growing up?

  • Studio A, BBC Pebble Mill, Birmingham. Set by Lynda Kettle

  • I'm probably in the minority on this one, but I thought the first Jenny was better than the second one. And that the show wasn't as good after Jenny1 left.

The edgy friction between Mother and daughter left with her... and the show suffered because of it. Jenny2 was good.. but she played the character totally different. Jenny2 was like a Stepford-Daughter compared to Jenny1.

    But that's just my opinion..

  • AH man, Even the Architecture and stuff. So amazing. British people know where it is at. I wish I was british and not canadian.

  • I was born in the wrong place and time. I should have been born in England and I should have been born long before 1987. I love absoutley everything about British culture. From landscapes to shows. I love british sitcoms so much. I will visit england one day before I die. It is my life's goal. I just wish I could have been around for these shows, Like Are you being served, Black adder, etc. So much better than anything now a days. I also liked keeping up appearences alot.

  • AWE, FUCK YES. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UPLOADING THIS. THIS WAS MYF AVOURITE SHOW FROM 1991, i WAS 4 IN 91 UNTIL IT ENDED IN 1999 WHEN I WAS ABOUT 12. AH, SO NOSTALGIC. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
