where did u get the subbed anime? I've been looking all over the place for it. I know the manga is at mangahelpers...but I can't find an english subbed anime anywhere! and yes, this is an awesome dogfight XD

ma friend downloaded this anime from torrent.. i use to watch this anime before 2 years.. its ma fav anime.. ;) if u want any part in this.. ill upload for ya.. bt i did'nt know' that ppl out there would love this anime as much as i do.. :)

no way dood a ton of old ppl love this show. The manga was originally release in early 80, late seventies. It was one of the first three mangas to be released in the US. It was first taken in as a comic, so if you know any comic-book fans, they'll recognize the name. Its also amazing in that it uses real data from fighter planes and stuff. WHen they were making this show, most of those planes were state of the art. Now plenty are still in use all around the world; which makes it even better :).

@AstroChickenII well i have researched about it and back in ww1 and ww2 you can paint your aircraft with your own insignia if you shot down more than 5 enemy aircraft. I think Fighter Aces today can still do it.

The Red Baron did it, his plane was color red while the rest of his squadrons are black,dark and grey. Except he still must have the German Iron Cross.

@Tomyboyization dude, The dogfight between F-14 & Su-17 was on 1981 over the same place, 8 years later, the dogfight between F-14 & Lybian Mig-23 floggers did really happened

@Skybolter Well, the Libyans were flying SU-22's not Mig 23's. Stripped down Su-17's which are bombers not fighters.
