Twin Lakes Peruvian Kupcake, delivers her first baby. A girl.
This is a perfect unassisted text-book birth. A llama baby is called a cria. I named this baby girl Peruvian Katrona. She was up and nursing within 15 minutes.
Also witness our working Great Pyrenees. They guard the llamas and their newborn's. Here you see Emma training our two new pups. Badger and Abby.

Wow, this look like a beautiful place. It's great to see unassisted animal birth, and not someone rushing the animal by yanking the baby out with their bare hands, or using forceps of some kind.
