Not exactly..... The sound quality of a Zune is much higher, and this device contains a nVidia Tegra chip inside, so much higher video, audio, and device quality. It's more of marketing. Microsoft needs to compete with Apple. I cannot wait until I get my Zune HD. The Zune HD also use OLED, so it does not need a backlight, which means better battery life time. It also has a web browser for it, and it is rumored that there is going to be an appstore for it. The Zune HD also has wireless sync to pc

I wouldnt call it a copy. It's called marketing. The entire world is a copy of itself. For example, Nokia developed the first color screen phone. Would it have been ideal for the other phone companies to stay back with colorless phones?

yes its also going to be compatible with xbox360 so u can download movies there and transfer it to ZHD.

the zune has an nvidia tegra in it which allows it to run better games on it compared to the itouch

tegra is being used to power smartbooks isnt it? This is dubbed as a mini laptop. Cant wait to see their browser. I heard the new browser will also be on next Windows Mobile, so its probably redesigned.
