Lausanne, SWITZERLAND - 1997 World Figure Skating Championships, Men's Free Skate - Elvis Stojko of Canada skated a clean program here with a quad toe/triple toe combination and a triple Axel/triple toe combination to win the Free Skate. With the withdrawal of Aleksei Urmanov, all Stojko needed to do was to beat Todd Eldredge in the Free Skate to win the Gold Medal here, and that's exactly what he did. He moved up from 4th to 1st Place overall.
:worship: simply a-mazing, it's fully deserving of the 6.0. Perfection!
