It's not a Tiger. It's a period Eastern European tank (Chezc, I think) painted in German colors.

Not a real tiger. Hull/wheels looks like T-54

AS I recall, it's a Czec chassis. When Germany invaded other countries during the early part of the war it took over many of their tank plants and used them to supliment their own. Hence it was not uncommon for Germany to field all sorts of chassis early on in the war.

Look at the first and 2nd wheels. Their is a gap. Plus the wheels are not interwoven like on a true tiger. Czech Chassis was very small and was used on the Pzkpw35/38, Marder, Hetzer, and various other designs.

I didn't say that it was a Tiger. I just said that it was painted up as a German tank for a battle recreation. It was somebody else who said that it looked like a Tiger.

oh ok, no harm. There is another video of this event on you tube and it details it being a T-54.

This event? Is it one of mine? I must have made a mistake.
It was some years ago. All that I remember is that the comentator identified it as an Eastern European chassis (Czec, I think) that had been Germanified. I don't recall what model turret/gear was put on it.
