  • William of Orange is always associated with Northern Ireland. This is ridiculous. William III was a great King who restorted real democracy & stability to England, even if he had little interest in it. The only thing he should be associated with is his Anglo/Dutch alliance against France.

  • @STORMLORD70 Yes, because Britain was united under a single monarch at that point and the army follows the monarch, not the country.
