Missionaries have traditionally destroyed cultures,
destroyed languages, sexually abused, enslaved,
murdered, destroyed families, introduced diseases,
imposed foreign rules and laws and dress codes,
stolen valuable heirlooms and cultural symbols,
and sent home self-congratulatory reports
of the "souls saved" and "victories for Jesus."
Leave these people alone!

Wow, talk about seeing the bad sides of things! You are entitled to be an atheist, but that does NOT entitle you to belittle others, does it? I'll be praying for you.

I don't really like the way of giving money. I rather give my time. for example building a new church.

I agree, in principle. This was an exception. The donation was specifically taken up to be given to that ministry for medicines.
