I hate VS, i honestly do. I recently flew with them, but before that it had been like a decade. looking at other videos, pictures, and reading up... i really liiked them but nothing prepares you for their service. an absolute disgrace. The FSM and head of Chinese staff both actually SHOUTED at me, my family and friends, accusing us of lying about a broken plane from duty free. Dont buy the plane by the way, its crap. It may just have been that crew, but VS wont see my money any more.

That's right. Britain's flag carrier is British Airways. Virgin Atlantic is a fairly small airline compare to BA. Virgin doesn't fly to many places.
