@AcapellaBond that's because that was the japanese version and Capcom USA only translated the voices and another thing in Japan M.Bison's name is Vega and Vega's name is Balrog and Balrog's name is M.Bison

@StatRooster At the part with Sagat using tiger shots on Dhalsim I think they were showing that there's no way to get to Sagat and attack him.
