Guys.. can you install other channels? Like if you have the frequencies for it.. and does it work like a satellite receiver?

can i record standerd and hd programs with this device ? and if so can i transfer the recordings from the device to an external hard drive or a usb flash ? for example a match between man city and man un. can i recored it then watch it later on my pc ?

Nice vid man. I am thinking of purchising this box for recording Wimbledon this year plus Proms 09 which are both transmitted in hd by the beeb.question:do you know if the beeb employ any HD Copy Protection on any of their hd broadcasts.Also i belive that you can offload your recordings to an external HDD which would be nice,also what's the quality of the HD recordings made from BBC HD Station on the product.Thanks for posting
