4 BNSF locomotives and 130 freight cars running south on the Alameda Corridor at 11:30am on 12/28/07/ at the intersections of Alameda St. and Tweedy Blvd. in the city of South Gate. I did this after finding not many videos of the Corridor on Youtube so I just biked to the location 1/2 a mile away from my home.

I just seen that show tonight for the 2nd or 3rd time and I figured I'd check to see if there were any vids of this. I'm thankful there is because I wanted to see more.

I live(d) right next to the NEC too, i've been all over the US and Europe train watching. Been to Cali too, Ventura/Oxnard area. Never new of the Almeda Corridor, pretty cool. looks like i'll have to make a strip of addition to that on my dream layout.

I live in Boston along the Northeast Corridor. I see the Acela Express like every 30 minutes!

I too saw this on History Channel's Modern Marvels. I've been fascinated by the Port of Los Angeles since hearing about it. Thanks for putting this on here.
