Best selling book year after year ever since books started being printed. I LOVE the Bible. I listen to it every single night on CD, and in the car, and I read it every day. And I teach math at a college.

@utubenotgoodasgvideo You must learn to distinguish b/t the Christians and the church-goers. True, many in our churches have those qualities, but they are not THE Church. I've quit going to quite a few churches b/c of them.. Yes, much of the Bible doesn't make sense to our minds. There is a lot I don't understand, but you must experience God, not figure Him out.. Plenty of scientific research backs up the Bible, and the rest of scientists' theories don't make much more sense than the Bible.

The Stalinists had it all wrong. The best way to get people to become atheists is to encourage them to read the bible. The morality of the church is homophobic, racist, misogynist, ageist, and just barbaric. The reasoning is irrational and counter to the evidence provided by science. Let people see how laughable Christianity really is!

@mihescobar Actually, he was a Lutheran. If he was indeed a liar, it seems as if his story could be disproven fairly easiy, considering it's grand scale. Are you basing any of this on fact, or using this post as a place to vent anger?
