DOES IT SOUND THE SAME IF ROAD IS WET?

I live in Nagano - Japan, and here I know 4 melody roads.
Road for Shirakabako Lake, Utsukushi-ga-hara Open Air Museum, Matsumoto and Minowa.
I think the Wikipedia need an update too...

Yeah looks like all the residents around there would have a real hard time dealing with the noise

Actually, there were NO homes immediately close to any music noise and the very closest people are the ones who had a sign up with the phone number to call to protest the removing of it. The city went ahead and removed it. After they had so many complaints about it's removal that the city paid to have it put back in a different spot. We FINALLY went to the new spot and filmed it. You can see it if you go to hawkysmom and look for New Musical Road.

It really was soooo cool! I don't think anyone could have NOT turned around and do it again. On the other hand, we've been to Lancaster several times since they "deleted" this road and made it again on a different road. We still haven't been to the second one. :-(
